• Purchases of chicken meat from Eten have been made via WhatsApp or the Eten application for a minimum of 25 kg according to the valid period. 

• Purchases elsewhere must be made in the same week (on working days Monday - Friday) as purchases at Eten (for example purchases at Eten on 5 Dec 2023, purchases elsewhere must be made on 4 - 8 December 2023).

• The type of item being compared must be the same and use the same units and the same amount of weight purchased (for example: 09-10 frozen carcass chicken per head must be compared with 09-10 frozen carcass chicken per head too, not per kg).

• Purchase invoices from other places must be sent to Eten without editing via email contact@etentech.co or WhatsApp 0812 1003 5292.

• The maximum replacement value is IDR 100,000 per individual and multiples do not apply.

• Purchase period and request for replacement 4 December 2023 - 15 December 2023.

• Only valid for purchases and delivery in Jakarta.

• Replacement will be made via bank transfer no later than 10 working days after the application is approved.

Example:

• Mrs. Ani bought 30 kg of chicken breast from Eten on December 5 2023 for IDR 40,000 per kg. On December 6, 2023, Mrs. Ani bought 30 kg of chicken breast from another supplier for IDR 39,000 per kg. So Mrs. Ani is entitled to compensation of IDR 30,000.

• Mrs. Siska bought 30 kg of chicken breast from Eten on December 5 2023 for IDR 40,000 per kg. On December 13, 2023, Mrs. Siska bought 50 kg of chicken breast from another supplier for IDR 39,000 per kg. So Mrs. Siska is not entitled to compensation because:
