Products that can be returned are products that are damaged, expired, or do not match your order. Damaged products are products that experience physical damage, such as broken, leaking, or torn. Expired products are products that are past the expiration date stated on the packaging. A non-conforming product is a product that is different from what you ordered, whether in type, brand, size or quantity.

2. Return Deadline

You can return products that meet the above criteria within a maximum of 3 hours after you receive your order. If you return the product after this time limit, the return will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

To return the product, you must follow the following procedure:

  • Contact the sender via the telephone number listed on the proof of delivery, and provide the reason for your return.

  • Submit relevant evidence, such as photos, videos or documents, showing the condition of the product you wish to return.

  • Wait for confirmation from the sender whether your return is accepted or rejected.

  • If your return is accepted, package the product you wish to return neatly and securely, and include proof of delivery and proof of your payment.

  • Hand over the product you want to return to the courier who comes to pick it up, and make sure you get a return receipt from the courier.

  • Inform Eten via the app that you have returned the product, and include your order number, return number and return receipt.

4. Return Fee

Return costs are borne by the guilty party. If the product you receive is damaged, expired, or not suitable due to an error on the part of the sender, the return costs will be borne by the sender. If the product you receive is damaged, expired, or not suitable due to your error, for example because you entered the wrong address, telephone number, or other information, then the return costs will be borne by you.

5. Refund

Refunds will be made after the product you returned is received and verified by the sender. Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used when making the purchase. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method and bank you used. Eten will send you a refund confirmation via email or notification in the application.
