Terms and Conditions for the F&B Business Capital Contest from Eten

 

1. Participation

 

1.1. The Business Capital Contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria (“Participants”):

   - Lives in Indonesia.

   - 18 years of age or older.

   - Have downloaded and registered in the Eten application (available for Android, search “Eten - F&B Raw Material Management” in Google Play Store).

 

1.2. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Eten Technologies (“Organizer”) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

 

2. Contest Period and Region

 

2.1. The Contest will begin on November 15, 2023 and end on December 15, 2023 (the "Contest Period").

 

2.2. Contest applies to the Jakarta area and surrounding areas.

 

3. Points Collection

 

3.1. Contest Participants can collect points as follows:

   - Registration (including friends who register from the shared link): 5 points.

   - Downloading the Eten app: 50 points.

   - Sharing on social media: 5 points.

   - Following Eten Technologies on Instagram (@eten.tech): 5 points.

   - Following Eten Technologies on Facebook (Eten Tech): 5 points.

 

3.2. Points obtained through the above activities will accumulate in the participant's account and can be exchanged for vouchers as detailed in points 4 and 5.

 

4. Winner Selection

 

4.1. Three (3) winners will be selected based on the most points accumulated from all eligible participants who have accumulated points during the Contest Period.

 

4.2. Winners will be announced on December 18 2023 on the Eten website (www.etentech.co) and social media platforms (Instagram @eten.tech).

 

4.3. All Contest Participants are entitled to get a voucher of IDR 100,000 for every 100 points collected.

 

5. Gifts

 

5.1. For every 100 points collected, participants will get a shopping voucher worth IDR 100,000 which can be used in the Eten application (multiples apply). 

 

5.1.1. Vouchers are given based on the principle that the participant who collects 100 points the fastest will get a voucher of IDR 100,000.

 

5.1.2. The total number of vouchers that will be given is 100 pieces.

 

5.1.3. The voucher code will be sent via email a maximum of 5 working days after 100 points have been collected.

 

5.1.4. IDR 100,000 voucher can be used with a minimum purchase value of IDR 1,000,000 (not including shipping costs) in the Eten application for the marketplace feature (enter the voucher code when ordering). Delivery only applies to the Jakarta area and surrounding areas.

 

5.1.5. The IDR 100,000 voucher can be used from 1 December 2023 - 29 December 2023.

 

5.2. Three (3) participants with the highest total points will receive IDR 1,000,000 in the form of shopping vouchers that can be used in the Eten application. 

 

5.2.1. The voucher code will be sent via email a maximum of 3 working days after the winner is announced.

 

5.2.2. IDR 1,000,000 voucher can be used with a minimum purchase value of IDR 2,500,000 (not including shipping costs) in the Eten application for the marketplace feature (enter the voucher code when ordering). Delivery only applies to the Jakarta area and surrounding areas.

 

5.2.3. The IDR 1,000,000 voucher can be used from 18 December 2023 - 29 December 2023.

 

6. Notification to Winners

 

6.1. Winners will be notified via the email provided when registering on the Eten application.

 

6.2. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after announcement, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize.

 

7. Publicity

 

7.1. By participating in the Contest, participants provide permission to use their name and image for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

 

8. General Provisions

 

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the Contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

 

8.2. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Contest rules will result in disqualification.

 

8.3. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Contest.

 

9. Privacy

 

9.1. Participants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.

 

10. Disputes

 

10.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

 

By participating in the Business Capital Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
